Privacy notice

WyseLearn, operated by Asenda AI, uses your name, email address, phone number, account security data, answers, learning progress and payment references to provide and secure the service, verify payments, support you and meet legal obligations.

How information is used

We use account data to authenticate you; learning activity to show progress; and transaction details to provide paid access and resolve disputes. Stripe processes card data under its own privacy notice. Our email provider processes delivery data. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Account and learning data is retained while your account is active. Payment and audit records may be retained for up to seven years where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. We use encrypted transport, restricted access, password hashing and backups.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing support@asenda.ai. Some financial or security records may need to be retained. You may also raise a concern with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

WyseLearn uses a strictly necessary secure session cookie. Browser storage retains a non-sensitive cached copy of your profile for interface continuity. We do not use advertising cookies.
